Hi! My name is Amanda Walter. I live in Rockwood with my husband and two daughters. I work as a nurse and in my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities with my family or reading. I am excited to join the PTO family this year and get started getting to know our Chapman families better!

What does the PTO do?

The Chapman PTO fundraises in order to put on fun events for Chapman students and families AND provide lots of needed educational items for the staff and students of Chapman Elementary.

Here are just some examples:

  • Book Fair with free books for classrooms

  • Teacher allocations for needed instructional items

  • Family Fun Nights

  • Spring Carnival Event

  • Annual Kindness Rally

  • Breakfast during M-STEP testing

  • Turkey Trot transportation

  • Donations toward class field trips

  • Secret Santa Shop

  • School Wide Parties

  • Valentines Smencil Grams

  • Teacher Appreciation Week

  • School Spirit Store
